Would more granularity than "alcohol" (like Blood Alcohol Content) help understand the stat better ?

Can it be because a lot more people consume alcohol and nothing else ? (compared to alcohol + something else)

There is something going on here because I counted 5 bananas instead of 6, two times in a row.
Can the big "5" to the right mess with perception?
