Sauteed onions and garlic, pork and veal mince, seasonings, roasted cashews, prunes - best thing ever. Am tempted to fry sage leaves, brown the butter and combine with torn up stale bread and sauteed onions and garlic season etc. I do not think brown butter goes in everything but maybe?
