The way I see it is all she's given him are the physical embodiments of the prize. She is still the recipient and holder. All she's handed Trump is something pretty for his mantlepiece. In my view she's effectively saying, "Here, take the trinket; I don't need it as I have the real prize."

I met Jon Pertwee backstage at Theatre Royal in Bath after he'd played the Dame in panto there. He asked if I was going to watch his new TV show which was coming out soon, Wurzel Gummidge. I said I would. I did. Once. I think I was a bit old for that sort of thing by then.

It signals that the standard of their training is very poor. I suspect many ICE "officers" have no training at all.

It's a horrific condition and I hope future generations can benefit from this treatment once the cost comes down. Probably too late for older sufferers today, but I hope they can find joy in this too.

You can use Amazon to find the title, then order from Winstone's in Frome who will get it in and call you when it's ready to collect. Not quite the same, I appreciate, but it's another route to supporting an independent and it dents Amazon's revenues.
