Plus Medicare covers worst cohort=Old people. They spend 25% of all healthcare costs in last year of life. If Medicare was ended, no ins co would cover this group. Younger are cheaper than Medicare= produces savings. And Rx negotiate prices? VA already does it. You have formularies. That saves $$$.

Mark, NY and Cal have low ACA b/c they have expanded Medicaid, and high number employer health, Fed health, VA. You say how will we pay for M4A? Rough calc by adding ACA+Medicare+Medicaid+Fed Heath+VA+Employer health = $4.5T. Not include no ins and out of pocket. That pays for M4A.

The federal government has nothing to do with local policing in Camden NJ. The decreasing murder rate is from the work of the Camden police and community workers, not anything Habba or the DOJ has done.

Each of those missiles used to kill the fishermen costs $150,000/each. If Kegsbreath wasn't Cos-playing big warrior guy and kill everybody, they'd do the smart thing. Send a Coast Guard cutter to stop the boat, search for drugs and arrest anyone with contraband. But no big explosion with that.
