I suspect there are a lot of us G and M subscribers on this forum. I’m happy when they bring posts to my attention. I don’t bother to click on NY Times or Washington Post links, because I’m not a subscriber, but I’d never say they shouldn’t post links.

And yet, somehow, journalists have to make a living.

I get that this is politically expedient, but it seems the liberals are every bit as happy to leaving a disaster for their children to deal with in the area of climate change as they are in the area of finance and deficits.

Another example of how Carney and his government have completely abandoned the issue of urgent climate action that we were all given to believe he was so committed to.

I’m a churchgoing Canadian Christian and I certainly don’t feel persecuted. Most mainline Canadian churches don’t push the MAGA line.

I’ve lived in Alberta now for 34 years (over half my life), I’ve helped a lot of people, raised a family, paid my taxes, voted in elections, enjoyed the beautiful Alberta scenery and so on. But I have no desire to choose between my country and my province. I am #ForeverCanadian!

When I immigrated to Canada in 1975 I immigrated to Canada—not BC or Ontario or Saskatchewan or the NWT or Alberta. When I became a citizen in 1984, I became a Canadian citizen.

I totally respect that he’s done with being an MP, but Lord help me, I can’t help thinking the NDP leadership race would be so much more inspiring if Charlie Angus was in it.
