Loved Mercenary. A highlight was discovering the secret 'cheese' ship (it looked like a wedge of cheese). It was the fastest ship in the game iirc.

Amazing cover. I remember the kerfuffle about this at the time.

I remember this when it came out. Amazingly useful (though I felt like I was cheating). 🙂
