A lot of human intelligence is intuitive in nature and intuition is not arithmetic or algorithmic in nature. Intuition is not a computation.

LLMs can't take big leaps beyond whats being fed into them. They are being fed with lots of human knowledge data. Thats what makes them "appear" intelligent. LLMs cannot do novel reasoning, at-least not to an extent of a human intelligent mind.
