It looks like Signal is working on a hybrid Signal protocol, which uses Kyber. I haven't looked further into it. Does anyone know more about it? Last year tutanota introduced a hybrid version in it's service using split-KEM and also published a paper, but it (to some degree) lacks the (cont)
