A great first morning at the University Design Forum Conference. Bute Hall at the University of Glasgow is a beautiful venue!

I also felt immensely privileged to attend the members dinner at the Royal Pavilion in Brighton. What an incredible building!

A great couple of days at the University of Sussex for the RLUK Members Meeting. Some great talks and discussion on generative AI and kindness in leadership. Feeling particularly inspired by the latter and how we might practice and celebrate kindness in our organisations.
