It seems like they are doing that for situations where there are multiple games with varying impacts. The three division-deciding games have exclusive windows because only those teams are impacted by the result.

Not sure why there'd be any delta between Bonds and Clemens. Both are obvious HOFers based on the numbers. It's just about whether or not you care or not that they cheated.

Perhaps it’s bunching, but Maryland-UCLA took absolutely forever. Seems to be an issue for Maryland in particular.
