Yeah just gotta let all that stuff cycle through with a good ol cleanse. You are definitely right about that, I used to eat boxes of Oreos in one sitting, 2 liter peach sodas 🤣🤣 but idk one day I just didn’t crave it no more so that helped me cause I’d definitely be about 600 pounds right now 😭
