When Republicans were out of power, they never conceded this much power to the Democrats.
Asked how Democrats will stop Trump, Sen. Cory Booker says "elections matter" and that "we do not control the House, and we're in a minority in the Senate, and we don't control the White House. That gives them tremendous power, even within the bounds of how our democracy is supposed to work."

Does state gov't need remedial education? Will there be tests? Dozens of bills like these this season:
SB 28 – Requires the Oregon Health Authority to study health care.
SB 37 – Requires the State Board of Pharmacy to study pharmacy.
SB 45 – Requires the Secretary of State to study elections.
