It's really fun and the show runners (the books' authors) and cast really cared about the adaptation, and it showed, IMO. It's not 100% faithful to the exact story lines, but they made the adaptation work really well.

But I was a show-first person, so I only jumped into the books once the show had hooked me on the premise.

If you're into SciFi, have you read The Expanse series? I started on book 7/9 because I watched the six season TV show, but it owns and book readers love the TV series too.

And I’ll repeat. He did it in front of the ref and it’s clearly a violent conduct violation. That’s an automatic sending off. I don’t care what you’ve “seen”. I’ve seen bad calls too. This was the rule playing out exactly how it’s supposed to. You’ve taken the position of arguing for bad refereeing.

I'm sorry if this has been said before, but wouldn't this mass exodus (which obviously won't happen...) lead directly to Mamdani fulfilling his main campaign promise of lowering housing costs? So, like, go for it, rich idiots. Sell your homes into an oversaturated housing market. 🤦♂️
