In the replies Smith seems to imply Chotiner has already interviewed him in the past?

Unless this is successfully appealed it sounds like that someone needs to be a court appointed attorney or a senate confirmed one. I think everyone else was pushed out hence halligan

The 6-month "do over" is an exception to the statute of limitations.
November 24, 2025 at 6:10 PM
Judge Currie specifically says that the 6-mon re-charge doesn't apply to Bondi's attempt to ratify Halligan's actions though. Sounds like judge Currie thinks the only way they could re-charge is if the district court appoints a new interim USA and they decide to charge.

I think that depends on if an appeals court takes this up.

That's the question Wilkins kept asking during the arguments. WH counsel kept dodging and I'm not sure I ever got a solid answer.

I've seen Midsommar so this is gonna be a pass for me.

You over 30 and try exercising?

Diogo*. Also can't just give up on a whole season. It's not like American sports where you can rebuild with a draft. They spent the bank this summer and it's been an unmitigated disaster. Worst of all they (Slot and half the team) don't even seem interested in adapting.

Two weeks off to make changes. All the international players looked great and found form. And now this...

#. How about now?

I assume this needs to pass the senate? Seems more like a show vote.

They are already starting this play:

Bondi on the Epstein investigations that Trump demanded: "We're not gonna say anything else on that because now it is a pending investigation in SDNY"
November 19, 2025 at 4:58 PM
Not sure the quotation marks capture it: all the circumstantial evidence seems to point to this being intentional.
November 19, 2025 at 4:48 PM
Excuse the naivete, but how is Johnson getting screwed by Thune in either case?
November 18, 2025 at 10:49 PM
Oh I think this is all what's going to happen and will definitely be noticed.

But I think Patel and Bondi will show up to hearings and be sanctimonious about "overreach, on going investigations, and innocent people" and refuse to turn stuff over and then congressional GOP will cover.

2030 could be rough tho.
November 18, 2025 at 7:44 PM
I mean it would be good for 2026 and maybe 2028, but that's the thing about extreme gerrymanders: in wave elections they have a decent chance of flipping and back firing.
