Cooking class at Down Syndrome Association of DE last evening. We made breakfast burritos, learned about food groups, and had lots of fun!

First class is Constitution Rights and Wrongs. I confirmed that the US Constitution can not be changed by Executive Order by an errant President.

Flowers at church this morning in memory of my mother, Lynn Rodden, given by the choir at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Wilmington.

Chicken and dumplings last night just like Mom used to make. That said, I did add carrots, mushrooms, and parsley and I seasoned the dumplings a bit to jazz it up.

Glassware unpacked and organized! That said, I’m not certain if I’ll be able to get anything back out; it’s a bit tight🤨
