Don't forgot, one drink is not always one drink. I used to love double IPAs in 16oz cans. I'd have a couple a day thinking I was in the "safe" limit of 2 drinks a day for a man. In reality, that was 5.4 drinks per day. blog.myfitforward.com/2024/10/25/m...
