I'm so gutted I'm out of town for his London show in March. And it's a matinee too, my dream gig. Not getting home late! More starting and finishing early please!

I've read so many of her books. (hope to read every one) I love her so much. She noticed so much about human behaviour and the ills of our societies. Like her, I am a bit of a cynic (yet keep hoping) about most humans and their awful selfish behaviour. Her & Ursula Le Guin are my favourite authors

Because they've convinced everyone on the opposite side to them that doing anything meaningful to rise up makes them as bad as the right wingers and that you can only politely protest ie ineffectually. Knowing It will be too late by the time anyone does anything that could've impacted change.

And it's being done on purpose so that we will not unite to fight capitalism and so that people like Trump will get in power. It's all been leading to that.

Just downloaded to listen today. TY. Obviously I know his hits but haven't listened to albums of his. Good place to start. I love songs with social commentary /politics
