In general YES this is totally me. I can’t say anything to anyone right now somewhat nonverbal text or vocal. Except simple things I get the urge to blurt out which isn’t usual for me

I’ve become “blurty” for everything except the stuff I’m trying to process. But usually talking is effort and the past couple days I had to put effort into not say whatever popped in my head (my Mom was getting overstimulated)
