For decades I was told the Black Panthers were bad. But I never saw anything bad about them. They protect and help.

It’s the classic “law is one thing, enforcement is another” problem. Local officials can speak, sue, and restrain, but federal agencies answer to federal law, not city ordinances. That gap is why these incidents continue despite public outcry and legal pushback.
