How should I finish the eyes? Plain white? Painted irises a pupils? Or glow in the dark blue? Plain iridescent or gold? What are your thoughts?

Two years ago I was going blind. I had to have two surgeries to save my vision. I sculpted this unicorn during that time wondering if it would be the last thing I ever did. Thank Goddess for modern medicine.
