It doesn't matter to Reform core support which is all Farage cares about. They would be more unhappy if he did apologise. This isn't a great liberal attack on Reform. It's only cost them a few percent of their polling lead.

It's not. But he knows this continues to firm up his core supporters so he indulges him. It's not really damaging to him. Reform support has dropped but its still at a high level for them.
