I’m sorry. It’s horrible when the waves hit. The other day I just spontaneously cried about my mum and it’s been ten years. I think this time of year is extra hard. I hope you at least have a nice dinner x

There’s been a jump of improvement! But I still can’t do a range of movements like lifting to touch my face but it’s getting there. I have my next x-rays on Monday I’m just praying it’s bonding well 🙏
