I didn’t eat as well as I would have liked today, but I did have: blueberries, broccolini, and great northern beans. So I had 1 fruit and 2 veggies. Oh, and do those chocolate covered raisins I ate for a snack count as a fruit too? 🤷‍♀️

Hi Rae! Is there a book similar to this one that is written for parents? I know there are many out there from 10-20 years ago but I'm looking for a newer one to gift to a couple who are adopting. They have books specific to adoption, trauma...but need more play/child development texts.

Hoping this heavy rain hits middle TN closer to 9 am. My high schooler will be outside at 8 am in a long line of students waiting to get in to take his ACT test.
