Very excited for this. My only hope is that Jesse remains a playable character. CONTROL was my favorite game of 2019 for many reasons, but one of the main rations was the writing of Jesse and the rest of the women in the incredibly gender-equal cast. I hope that aspect is still present in the sequel

I definitely agree that it comes a BIT out of left field and needed more to make it land solidly but the scene was about Edgwin realizing that HE wanted his wife back, but Kira wanted her family, and her family is Holga. He has to finally put his daughter first.
