Andrew Hoggard says he will allow cancer-linked glyphosate to be increased by 100 x in our food production.

He's also ignored a High Court order telling farmers to remove cruel farming practices around pigs - extending the 2025 due date out by 10 years. This is ACT #nzpol #kiwi

Honestly, the Curia poll questions are so skewed that I find it impossible to believe anything they come up with (since I was included in one a few months ago).

His wife is my aunty, his kids are my much loved cousins. They don't need to be speculated about here - not saying you all are, but kia tupato when innocents might be harmed

'tired' worked just as well in there tbh. I'm also tired. Solidarity

Yikes, that's terrifying and one of my biggest fears when there's no visible locking mechanism. Hopefully your adrenaline will subside soon 😘

As I head into another shitstorm of a week, posting this to remind myself that yesterday morning was perfection 👌🥰
A bed covered in a light blue waffle blanket with a white sheet. There is a bump where my knee is. A kindle rests on my knee. On the right, snuggled into my knee and draped over my blanket-covered lower leg, is a sleeping white and brown jack russell terrier with a red knitted coat on and a red collar. Further down the bed is a shaggy shitzu-type dog wearing a light brown and cream coat, staring out the window.

Colonisation is a sickness, and when you feel uncomfortable during a flu that is not the flu itself but your body fighting it, decolonisation and anti racism feels the same way, to avoid the uncomfortability is to let the sickess keep growing. #decolonisation

Heck, that's quick! The examiners must be on the ball.

For me, the key message lies in the considered action of Hinetītama. In the face of unbearable suffering she firmly, and with dignity, removed herself from Te Ao Marama. Her decision, mana motuhake in action.

Asserting grief as a consequence of AD ignores that grief is inevitable. AD in terminal illness is about agency & dignity vs helplessness & loss of dignity. Warning that AD = loss of connection is just weird unless whānau is the only consideration & the decision is solely theirs. Dying ≠ passivity

Reflecting on this paper, I'm struck by the how the interpretation of cosmic or religious rules seems to be the purview of small-minded men. Some of the paper resonates & it's all thought provoking. My own opinions follow. jps.library.utoronto.ca/index.php/ij...

Besotted dog owner here ... Parker runs from anywhere in the house if I open a @weratedogs.com video - he recognises the guy's voice & knows there'll be dogs on screen. So funny. It's the small moments of laughter that make for a good day 🥰

Ugh, I just finished reading the blog about the AI-based economic catastrophe heading our way.

Yeah, the trauma takes a while to subside. I couldn't read a novel for a year after. Plus I'd find myself sitting in front of my computer with my fingers on the keyboard stressing bc I had nothing to write. Ugh, brains 😵‍💫

I think they're different because of the shape of the smile. Some ppl's lower lip slants inwards when they smile, like lady #1. Others maintain a slight pout, like lady #2. I'm not an expert, though!

Hika mā - it makes me want to stash some gold under the floorboards as a pension fund tbh.
