Today I was reminded that that our national deficit ballooned under Trump, not because of COVID spending- but because of his tax cuts BEFORE COVID.

And he wants to do it again. While tanking Wall Street.

Tonight I spent some time promoting the Associated Press app.

I’ve learned a lot the past few years being married to a reporter. The first thing is that print news is dying hard and fast. The second thing is that if the AP doesn’t survive- we are utterly effed as a planet.

So…. Back in a different life I worked in vaccine R+D. The people who research cancer vaccines are doing amazing work. These vaccines are used to treat- not prevent- cancer and would be used therapeutically.

You would think that I would absorb some kind of sports knowledge by being married to my husband, but the reality is that I tune most of it out.

Oddly, it’s kinda easy to fake it when the Super Bowl is the Chiefs vs. (insert team here) again.
