Very recognizable, for me all the great albums that came out close to 1990 set a benchmark of the time in my life when I was a teen. Seems like a long time ago and yet the music is still relevant.

The company should ask what the employee needs to do their work. If they are more productive from home, do that then instead of forcing them to try to get work done in a noisy office.
