Cult of Chucky!
All the style and class of Curse, but with much tighter pacing. Nica absolutely made this movie and Nica!Chucky is an instant classic amongst horror villains.
My only big problem is the complete lack of am ending, it felt like two hours of setup for the show. Still loved it.

Positively REEKS of being a pist-Scream film. It was at least an entertaining horror comedy, even if it made me long for the more serious films. Really, it was hard carried by how entertaining Tiff was.

It had good effects and good ideas, but it didn't do enough with them. Ended up feeling very paint by numbers, was a huge disappointment.

The Invisible Man!
Some of the most masterful cinematography I've ever seen with impeccable sound design to match. Made my heart race more than anything else I've seen to date. Suspenseful, uncomfortably grounded, just all around a masterpiece.

Peacemaker Season 1!
Definitely my least favorite thing Gunn has done for DC thus far but that's such a high bar tbh. I thought there was no fucking way Peacemaker could carry a whole show and I was delighted to be wrong.

This one by contrast is so far up its own ass it royally pissed me off, trying to pass off yet more action porn as if it's some serious drama. Not to mention this is just a frankly unpleasant movie owing to the needlessly cruel violence it revels in.

This one understood the assignment. This is a dumb, stupid, campy series, and so it went all the fuck in. This embrace of insanity pushed it into proper so bad its good territory that made me genuinely a fan of this one. Plus, Starscream's actually in character for once!

Everything it needed to be plus a whole heap of social commentary we frankly needed at this point. Seeing Clark and Lois and ESPECIALLY Lex be done so perfectly in live action was a dream I'd abandoned long ago.
So nice that they let them have so much time in this Mr. Terrific movie.

At its best, this is one of the most phenomenal superhero series I've ever seen, I... just wish it was at its best more often.
Show has some massive pacing problems where it'll alternate between long stretches of fuck all and so much happening at once it becomes exhausting.

From pretty much the word go, this game made the first feel like a glorified tech demo.
The portal mechanic was way less jank, the puzzles were way stronger, and the writing... be honest, you already know.
Oh, and the soundtrack is easily in my all-time Top 5.

For once a critically acclaimed work completely lives up to the hype. The story was gripping and with immaculate atmosphere, the combat was intense but never frustrating, even to me as a non-shooter fan. And the level design was endlessly fascinating. All time classic.

Talk about a PERFECT sequel. The weak on-foot gameplay got completely fixed by the rebalanced weapons and introduction of counters. On top of that, the new Gaia System made the already incredible tank gameplay even better.

Holy shit my excitement for the DCU is immeasurable. This show was everything I loved about TSS dialed even further.
I cried three times in seven episodes.
The music choices were perfect, the animation was beautiful, and the social commentary was sufficiently biting.

WHY did I wait so long to take this off my bucket list!? One of the most fun faux-retro platformers I've played.
Simple and addicting, maybe a little TOO simple at times... But endlessly satisfying, kept me gripped to the very end, didn't overstay its welcome!

WHY did I wait so long to take this off my bucket list!? One of the most fun faux-retro platformers I've played.
