The charges for shooting down a drone are the same as shooting down an airplane. (minus the murder charges that usually go along with shooting down a plane)

FYI Bobby, it is illegal to shoot down a drone even if is flying over your house. In the US individuals do not own the air space over their property, the FAA does.
