I spent 6 hours today debugging HomeAssistant, MyQ, and HomeKit. It's been at least 10 years and we still haven't figured out how to make smart home not suck. Step 4: Transfer the settings from one hub to the other but DON'T do it through the app

After putting ends on Cat6/Cat6a for years I had a Cat5e cable fail for me today. I forgot how easy we used to have it! Thin wires, no core. First thought: modern life sucks lol. Second thought: oh no I’m old now. Third thought: better order a pizza and watch Rockos Modern Life from start to finish.
