Small updates!

- Added some temp environment art I can use to build levels and atmosphere
- Changed the Vision cone for the guards color to red
- Added HUD border - this design will eventually change, just want to keep that retro feel!

Blocking out level 1! I want to make sure that level 1 is simple enough that the player can get through it quickly, and give skilled players an opportunity to get the best possible time!

Basic UI is complete! Created a scalable solution that allows me to place as many Artifacts to collect in the level, and each artifact will instantiate it's own HUD element that will start as a silouhette, and then appear fully rendered when the artifact is collected!
