I am looking for a recipe for whole wheat, multi grain bread for the bread machine that is also low in calories. Does anybody have one that they like? Thank you

@breadmachines.bsky.social I made 7 grain bread in my machine. the ingredients were fresh but the bread didn’t rise much. The recipe said to add the ingredients in order as shown which I did. It is different from the order the bread machine says to. Would that cause the bread not to rise?
