Oh gosh, no. They’re all used to this. It’s no different from Gorbachev’s 1980s anti-alcohol campaign. Somewhere, I still have a sheet of coupons for buying 1kg bags of sugar issued in 1991. Which was ironic, because we had a 50kg bag at home already. 🤣

And the masses dust off their stills and reply, Okey Dokey! Next up, sugar rationing.

However you generated the ALT text for this image was not quite the right way to go… 😳

Thanks for your reply, Lauren. Understood. Again, the Amazon wish list shows that the package would ship to me. That doesn’t seem helpful in this situation.

Sorry, what school? The Amazon link opens as shipping to me with no other name on the page. Thanks! (Cash donations also go much farther, without padding the pockets of Jeff Bezos.)

Any idea where the tall shirts are offered?

Dragon recently demonstrated this capability: www.nasa.gov/blogs/spaces... I would expect that they don’t typically carry enough fuel to have sufficient impact on the orbit of ISS.

On Wednesday, Sept. 3, SpaceX’s Dragon completed an initial burn to test the spacecraft’s new capability to help maintain the altitude of the International Space Station.

Thanks. These standard sizes don’t fit taller people. To get a longer body with the sizes you offer, you have to buy a shirt that’s enormously oversized in the body. Please tell your supplier that you want to offer tall sizes, too, so that you’re not discriminating against tall people.

No. The Electoral College is “DEI” for low-population states, which includes Dem-voting states like Vermont, Rhode Island, Hawaii, and Delaware.

What is the point of writing this if you don’t tell us why they were fired?

Very cool, John! Takes me back to Air & Space. 🚀

Looking for your tall sizes…
November 7, 2025 at 4:45 AM
I’ve never heard of them. Could you point us to examples on major platforms?

Having the right message at the right time and adding lots of legwork translates to going from obscurity to victory. Mamdani is the reincarnation of 1976 Jimmy Carter.

All the chatter about getting 3.5% of the population out demonstrating to bring down Trump is straight out of the work of political scientists Chenoweth, Stephen, and Shay. It’s a good year to be a political scientist!

An even better boring political science explanation of ‘24 is James Carville’s line from ‘92, “It’s the economy, Stupid”. Lots of folks feeling the pain of post-pandemic inflation voted against incumbents in a very standard way. People vote their pocket, and it’s very hard to get them not to.
