I have personally been on three different.gov sites since then and the flag stands out though small. It wasn’t there. We’re not seceding and the government shouldn’t be playing games like this. The reality is bad enough.

Too right! Health care, education, prison systems, should all be non profit! If the waste and fraud in all these areas were dealt with they would cost less to operate and be more efficient in the long run, just as a start.
