It has been 2 years since I upgraded our 1-active-n-standby LVS clusters on production line to n-LVS/bird (multi-active) anycast clusters.
Practice has proven that it is more stable, more flexible and more capable of handling high traffic than before.

Do not expose ssh port to internet, unless you have adequate password security and account lockout mechanisms. If possible, always limit the number of source addresses that can access management interface.
