The latest in a ongoing line up of Disney+ animated Wimpy Kid adaptations may have some decent jokes and moves at a good pace, but The Last Straw is still average and is bogged down by a weak bond and Greg being a lot more inept and clumsy. Oh, well.

The Twits may have snice animation and fun Dahl word play, but everything else really makes it another very, very poor film adaptation and one that is especially reliant on really unfunny crude humor. Very happy for Johnston and his team that it saw the light of day at least.

Of course, it all ends up working out in the end.
But this shows just how much Toy Story works as a film. Because we care about the characters, because we want to see Woody and Buzz change and become good friends, it really pays off and really makes their friendship believable.

Not even a very good cast and a very welcome return from Cameron Diaz can save Back in Action, a very, and I mean VERY bad action comedy that also shows many of the worst traits a film on Netflix would have. It's not fun at all and it becomes an irritating ride throughout.
