Actually, Dem caucus held together much longer than in March — step in right direction —and weakened Trump considerably. Dems are now The Affordability Party — much better outcome than in March. Now push for more in January.

I *wish* it foretells a Blue Wave. Democratic party remains historically unpopular—we‘ve a lot to do before next November. We can‘t rely on disapproval of Trump: Dems need to give voters something to vote *for*. That, & classic organizing, won Mamdani the Mayoralty.
