I had to look up that word, but you nailed it. Writing both racism and fascism into law in a shadow docket “ruling” just makes it impossible to grant the court any further legitimacy. Roberts has sold out democracy for power, ego and free airplane trips. Sotomayer’s dissent is accurate and dire.
