Pancakes! Mix with Greek yogurt, an egg, and oat/ almond/ buckwheat flour, a dash of Cinammon and a crazy amount of blueberries. Delicious and nutritious (and quicker than banana bread).

I feel physically ill realizing the number of (white) people I know making him out to be a martyr. We are in bigger trouble than I thought. If one is familiar with him, they know how vile and full of hate he is. Not to mention the white nationalism.

Try living in Calgary. Though I biked to work on beautiful pathways, the only safe route was the indirect scenic one. Public transit also enjoyed the meander. When it arrived.
