Yes, it's amazing and for real just try it.

It'll be horrible the first 24 hours you block social media but it'll work and you can use that time for spending time with those you love or playing video games or something.

I have zero willpower.

Cold Turkey blocks it and then there isn't a single thing I can do to unblock it until the time says it's time.

Cold Turkey has been a miracle program for that reason and idk, also hi!

Limiting posting to once a week and then blocking it helps.

I login, make a post, see how some of my buddies or people I casually look at are doing and then vanish.

We live in a really chaotic time period.

I've been trying to reduce my news and social media to avoid doomscrolling since its making my depression worse and thats incompatible with being functional.

Yeah, depression is really really hard and I struggle with it.

The move in date is set for october 1st but all the paperwork and everything is paid so it's 100% going to happen.

I'm kinda nervous because in like anime and tv shows they're like "they're about to retire" and it's a death flag.

yup, it took a long time. I didn't want to announce it for a while because I had so many failed attempts.
