One of these second home owners who only spend a few months here a year has to have a place above the garage that I can affordably rent. Someone has to know someone.

Does anyone know of any affordable places to rent in the Vail Valley Colorado? Vail has gone completely short term rental. I can’t seem to find anywhere that wants to rent a studio apartment to a 20yr resident long term. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
