In Saturday's lesson students were encouraged to be creative in Shadow Sparring before trying those combinations & techniques on the Pads, & finally try using those moves in Contact Sparring 🥊

In life we Reap What We Sow, & there is no greater reward in my experience than becoming a Black Belt 🥋

An achievement that nobody can ever take away from you or belittle - at least four years of training that 90% those who started will not fulfill.
