I'm totally used to rejections. I fully understand how the game works. I'm just sick of the agents giving lip service to the queer community saying they want to champion our stories but reject everything labeled LGBTQ. I've seen ONE agent who actually was honest saying it's hard to sell those books.

At least if it takes a month then I can assume they gave it a chance. Six minutes tells me they did nothing. They ask for queer paranormal rom coms, you send them one. Six min later rejection where there's no way they read the sample tells me they arent actually looking for queer books. 😡

Damn I freaking loved that book! Honestly I loved all Christopher Pike books and still read the Last Vampire series every few years or so. Pretty sure it spawned my vamp obsession. But the chain letter series both captivated and terrified me!!
