Cool! I am always impressed when someone has done a marathon. I started training for one but injured myself because I couldn't stick to the plan. I like to run to relieve stress and I think having to follow a plan was adding stress and so defeated the point of the running.

Looks good! I've never done a marathon as I am put off by the commitment. I can just about do a half without much training.

I entered the Great North Run ballot but was unsuccessful. And then they sent loads of messages saying I could guarantee a spot if I paid lots of £. Boo.

You can't tell from this but St Andrews is much busier now that the students are back. I overtook a hundred or so people heading down for a sunrise swim. #running
