So...I live in a pretty nice part of Sacramento. These were posted in the neighborhood.

This was posted on our local subreddit, and I'm familiar with the intersection based on the background from the pics.

The extremists have been emboldened, and they need to be sent back into hiding.

Here is the transcript of that YouTube episode. This narrative, and almost certainly in no small part due to these two, led to a targeted harassment campaign of me online and of my hospital.

If you’re wondering what I mean about the summer of 2021:

Saw this video on TikTok in the summer of 2021, which - as you might remember - was not a good time in emergency departments across the country. So I saved it, as a reminder to myself, to keep going.

Came across it today and felt like sharing in case anyone else needs to hear this.

Lessons should have been learned.

It’s both pretty cool and a bit awkward to see your face projected onto the screen before a keynote speech at a national conference. Definitely grateful for this award and this opportunity.

31 years ago today my brain tried to escape the rigid confines of my skull and off me.

This hospital saved my life, and from then on I was in love with medicine - being able to dedicate my life to saving others. I still think it’s pretty cool that I actually get to do that here.

This is remarkable and compelling data.

For all the anti-vaxx and contrarian voices, this is exceptional direct real-world evidence. You don’t need to run an RCT on this. We have the data.

But but but, Biden bad! Therefore I refuse to use my only voice in a democracy!

And not, ya know, because you want to try to actually learn anything about Israel’s government or history or Netanyahu and his right wing extremist circus.

As seen at the Sacramento Pride Parade yesterday.

While no form of apology or amount of apologizing will ever convince me that churches are good, actually, this felt genuine and moving.

These women were truly out there given hugs and spreading joy and it was...nice.

Need to exercise out my existential rage. So I will stop angry posting and leave you with a gym selfie in my favorite harm reduction shirt.

This is literally talking about a culture, or climate, of the environment that isn’t actually of the student’s creation but of a far right machine focusing attention here.

And this is suggesting that the University does have a responsibility to control that “climate” regardless.
