They're extraterrestrial true aliens I drew but I have some All Tomorrows style weird humans in my setting plus some other animals who evolved sapience over deep time and passed the Singularity.

You must be new to aliens as a whole if she's the most unique to you; 2 eyes and a bilaterally symmetrical linear body plan doesn't feel as alien as I'd have seriously chosen as a SpecEvo artist. However I agree about alien worm women.
