Are you unaffiliated? Or registered with a 3rd party? Maine changed it's election laws last year and now has semi-open primaries. Unaffiliated voters can vote in one party's primary per election season now. 3rd party voters would have to unenroll from their party to vote in the Dem primary though.

Lot of our energy comes out of Canada, which now has tariffs on it. Not sure if that is affecting other northern states.
