A big storm came in so I couldn't leave the house today 😔 however, I got 6 models painted, which is huge! Plague Lord and a Ghoul finished for Firefight, and 4 sloops for Armada. Still working on building my pile of shame, halfway through some Yoroni stuff.

Why finish anything when I can paint 14 models instead? Texture paste applied to the 10 Bloodhounds from months ago, 3 different Zimbo leaders painted and shaded, and the Plague Lord is halfway done as well.

Finished up the Aberration for my Plague, pretty happy with it, but I've been in a big funk. I find dull tasks match dull moods, so I magnetized MY ENTIRE* KHORNE ARMY.

After way too long, I've finally finished painting my Wrathmongers! They're done! No more wraths to mong.
Also started working on the flesh on this abomination, all dry brushing, just building up gross textures.

The Internet was out all day and it got in the way of doing the things I needed to do for pretty much all of it. Did manage to get two more zombies painted, and this little beacon.

I spent all day building the Forest Dragon, and my poor hands! Few issues still to resolve on it, including basing. Took a break to paint another Terminator and the little token for them during the reveal stream.

Further practice on zombies, 2nd one down in about 2 hours total with breaks in between.
Also finally starting assembly on the Forest Dragon I got, pinned the tail sections together, and I'll wait for the glue to harden overnight before I pack the join with green stuff.

Thanks to Halloween influence (a lot of sweets), I finished two scary models instead of one!
Still needs a drybrush, grass tufts, varnish, etc., but that's 1500 points ready to rock!

Played a narrative game of Firefight tonight, 2v1 against my zombie horde! We ran a custom mission where if I fully tabled a player then I win, to force them to work together, but the dwarves betrayed the Matsudan - a running theme in their overall lore. Fun list!

No painting today, but I won a game of Firefight, and I magnetized my old world army so I could put them on movement trays (moreso for transport, Wood Elves don't run huge blocks I feel).
The trays are really good!

The magnetic Dairy Milk bar of +4 Movement and +7 Storage is a resounding success!

Yesterday was all building, so today was all painting. Two tormentors finished and started a 2nd Terminator, this time the sergeant. Just great looking sculpts, I've extra for 30k I'll do after these ones.

The Irish presidential election was on, so tiny boat felt like a fun time. Also powering through assembling all my leaders for Wood Elves. Metal kits are demanding to get through!
