Overall only complaint is that it was too short lol, wish it stuck around for longer. Here's hoping the map stays in the reload pool at least.

Overall a strong 8/10 fortnite season

It wasn't too wacky overall, the loot pool was fairly balanced, but there were still some fun silly weapons based on stuff from the show which kept things feeling fun.

Very fun season, hope they keep up this quality for any future mini-seasons, the star wars one was kinda lame

Another Fortnite Season Wrapped up, this one being the surprisingly great Simpsons mini-season.

I only played the other two seasons a little, since they didn't quite click with me, but this one had me coming back every week to see all the new wacky stuff

Overall a fun game to throw on when i've got nothing else to do, it's a strong 8/10 overall. Need to play more games like it

Once you figure out the game it's not too hard to win every run, however the fun comes from completing the challenges and getting all the unlocks. Some of which are fairly challenging which is welcome!

Still gonna keep playing, still gotta finish off all the DLC and Extra content that was added post launch. It's so fun to just complete all the little tasks and unlocks.

Game is so incredibly simple yet so addictive. Only thing you do is select items and move around, attacks happen automatically based on your load out.

Just from that concept alone the devs have managed to create so much content

But unorthodox with this one but adding Vampire Survivors!
Not done with the game, but managed to complete the 1.0 collection, still so much more to do but figured i should add it here after achieving a goal i set myself.

Ok after thinking on It the movie does do more than i would suggest, but it mostly happens within the final 30 minutes, and as a result feels a little rushed.
But It is definitely more nuanced than i let on. Maybe would be clearer to me early on on future rewatches

Overall however the second half of the story was very solid, I was a little confused by the ending but the general vibe and feelings were there. just the logic for it fell a little flat for me at times.

Overall a fun take on the classic story, A strong 7.5/10

If that was the case I wouldn't have minded if the movie trimmed down the first half since it's all just leading up to the eventual creation of the creature just in a very elaborate way.
Then could have focused on the core theme a little longer and helped make things feel a little more solid

There were a few moments as well where the story felt a little jumpy or rushed, as if there were entire scenes or segments that were cut or removed. Which is a shame if so.

Story wise sticks to the core idea of humanity and cruelty. With the classic idea that Frankenstein was the real monster and such. However i almost wish it went a little further and explored that a little more, because when it was focusing on it it felt a little surface level

Beyond that the sets and general designs are fantastic, the creature has a cool look by the end of the movie regardless.

Some of the practical effects are also really creepy and unnerving. Great stuff

All of the visuals for this movie are fantastic, very del toro, will say tho that the creature's design is suprisingly tame. There was a part where the creature had a metal ribcage on it with a gothic battery on it and I was a little sad that that didn't last lol.

Finally managed to watch the new Frankenstein movie by Guillermo del Toro.
Definitely a fun take on the movie with some great and gruesome practical effects that takes the core of the original story and makes it much grander.

Very excited to see what the team makes going forward because this game was a blast. Would be fine if they made a direct sequel or even just a completely different story with the same style.

It's a very solid 9/10 for me. I need to try and to see some of the alternate endings

The voice acting is also great, a lot of big names are present but a fair few unknowns are here too, and they do great!

There are a few Youtubers/streamers and at first it felt a little gimmicky but they do a fine job as their characters and it becomes less distracting over time.
