router.refresh wouldnt update the cache (if it changed in the action) right? So it wouldn’t be enough afaik

Question: should I delete the docs/plans/xxx when completed? I’m guessing they could pollute the context/confuse the agent? Ex multiple files with plan steps or specs.
Or is it better to use some claude ignore thing?
